Shipping Policy
All orders are made to order and processed within 5–7 business days before shipping. Please note that orders placed after 10:00 AM (PST) may begin processing the next business day.
During new drops, holidays, or peak seasons, processing times may be extended.
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Please verify your shipping address carefully before checkout — we cannot make changes to the shipping method or destination once an order has been placed.
We offer free standard shipping on orders over $100 USD within the contiguous United States.
Transit time is typically 4–7 business days after your order has been processed.
Shipping costs for other orders are calculated at checkout and based on destination and package weight.
We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.
Orders to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico will be automatically upgraded to air shipping at checkout.
We are unable to combine multiple orders into one shipment.
International shipping is available and calculated automatically at checkout, depending on your location and the weight of your package.
All international orders are shipped via express courier. Once processed (please allow 4–5 business days), delivery usually takes 7–10 business days, depending on customs clearance.
Customs fees, import taxes, and duties are included at checkout — you will not be charged additional fees upon delivery.
Please ensure all shipping information is correct before placing your order. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address or failure to receive, the customer will be responsible for the shipping costs incurred. These costs will be deducted from the total of any refund.
International customers who refuse or abandon a shipment will also be responsible for all return shipping, duties, and taxes associated. This amount will be deducted from any eligible refund.
Packages held in customs for over 30 days without customer response will be considered abandoned, and no refund or exchange will be issued.
If your package arrives damaged or opened, please photograph the box before opening and file a claim directly with the courier.

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed. Please double-check sizing and shipping details before confirming your purchase.
